The first MMI in-person meeting will take place at UBC Vancouver, scheduled from September 26th to September 29th. The schedule is as follows:
- HQP Summit: September 26th evening to September 28th mid-day
- Working Groups Meetings: September 28th mid-day to September 29th mid-day

- 5:30 PM Dinner and ice-breaker activity
- 7:00 PM Research talk – Anotida Madzvamuse – “Analysis and simulations of bulk-surface reaction-diffusion systems”
- 7:30 PM Research talk – Eric Foxall – “Paths to extinction: diffusion, rare events, and the role of
criticality” - 8:00 PM Finish
